SHIPPING & RETURNS
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Orders are processed 3-5 business days after the order is placed for in stock items. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with trackable shipping information. At this point, we can no longer change or edit the delivery address.
For pre-orders, please check the product page of the pre-ordered item for fulfillment information.
If you live within 10 miles of Asbury Park, you may always choose "local delivery" at checkout for free delivery within the Asbury Park and surrounding areas.
We cannot accommodate for local pick up at this time and urge you to visit one of our local stockists if you need to pick up your order.

All in-stock items are shipped from our office in Asbury Park, NJ with standard ground shipping (5-8 business days) All orders received after 5pm EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed that Monday (excluding major holidays). We do offer shipping outside of the US through the United States Postal Service. The service offered is First Class Mail International and may take 6-18 business days.
Some international shipments may require duties, taxes and customs fees. We have no control over these fees nor are they included in our shipping costs on our website. We recommend that you contact your local customs office before shipping internationally for additional information on any additional fees that may be levied by your country.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY
We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery of your order. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unused, undamaged and in it's original packaging. To initiate a return, please email email@example.com with your order number as well as the reason for the return. We will create a shipping label for your refund, however customers are responsible for the cost of return shipments. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your overall refund. You must use the return shipping label that is provided by us. We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.
Once your return is received and accepted as non-damaged, we will initiate the refund and you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to show up in your bank account. If it is still not showing you after 10 business days, please contact your credit card company. You can also reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you continue to not receive your refund.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for damaged or clearly used products.
