Color variation and sheen in your Recycled Vegan Leather product is normal over time and adds to the character of your piece. To remove non-permanent stains from your bag, spot clean with a soft, clean cotton cloth and water, never with bleach or alcohol. Wipe dry with a fresh soft, clean cotton cloth. 

Do not clean with solvents such as alcohol, acetone, paint thinner, bleach, oils, vinegar, waxes, silicones, armor all or detergent cleaners. Please keep your product safe from hand sanitizers, suntan lotions, oil based substances and cosmetics. Clean any spill as soon as they occur with water.

To care for your bag further, fill the bag with stuffing (we suggest old t-shirts) to help maintain its shape and always store it in the dust bag that is provided upon purchase, when not in use.

When packing for a trip, it is always recommended to stuff the inside of the bag to keep its shape. By following these above steps, you will preserve the quality and life of your bag.

1. If it feels like you are overpacking your backpack, you are probably overpacking your backpack. Don’t force the zipper or put too much stress on your backpack. 

2. We suggest wearing both straps. A. Our backpacks were designed to evenly distribute weight for your comfort, when worn correctly. B. If you have your work tools packed up, your bag is likely at a decent weight and should be worn on both shoulders for both the safety of the product and of your belongings.

3. The luggage feet are there so you can let your bag safely sit on the floor. We do not suggest hanging your backpack from a hook when it is packed with your equipment, tools or belongings.

4. FRINGE STYLES: Store your backpack standing up to allow your fringe to hang the way it was meant to.

5. Need a little cleaning? Nothing a little H2O spot clean won’t take care of.

6. Your Brinn backpack is a luxury, utility item. Preserve the quality and extend the life of your product by following these care steps.

Our backpacks are covered under a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any defects in our workmanship & material defects on products purchased directly from our website or from one of our authorized retailers (with proof of purchase).
